Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and run performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter.
• Review and analyze test outcomes to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with development teams to embed performance testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Use Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to maintain optimal application performance.
• Develop comprehensive reports and documentation detailing test findings and suggested improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in performance testing with hands-on proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate test results and detect performance-related concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience delivering successful performance testing outcomes in complex software environments.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve application performance.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present testing results and recommendations.
