Job Description
- Expert in LoadRunner & JMeter with custom coding skills.
- Play a key role in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Implement and lead execution of the Performance engineering Lifecycle - Performance Test Planning, Performance Test Designing, and Reporting
- Ability to analyze the architecture & recommend weak areas that are likely to failure / outages
- Create realistic performance test scenarios and workload profiles
- Ability to work with Business & technology teams to identify and report on Performance engineering issues
- Ability to work with enterprise architecture and development teams to architect applications for high availability
- Experience in working on Infrastructure and application performance and stress testing
- Experience on Data modelling tools to manage production data in lower environments
- Experience on Performance process assessments for enterprise applications
- Experience in working with Load Runner and JMeter Web HTTP, RTE, Web services and Mobile protocols and Thin Client Applications.
- Experience in working on API and Mobile App Performance testing
- Experience in working on AppDynamics, AWS Lambda, AWS Cloud Watch and AWS S3
- Strong knowledge on public cloud platforms AWS
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify and address performance issues.
- Generate detailed performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and propose solutions.
- Debug performance-related problems and work with teams to resolve them.
- Ability in diagnosing and debugging complex distributed systems
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
- Develop and maintain automated performance test suites for continuous testing and integration pipelines.
- Ensure that performance tests comply with security and privacy requirements.
