Performance Marketing Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Lead performance marketing for web and app across Google, Meta, and emerging channels.
• Plan budgets, optimize CAC/CPT, and analyze performance metrics.
• Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and retargeting strategies.
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution and tracking setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journey, communication, and creatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage agency and partner relationships to deliver campaign results.
• Test new communication strategies and advertising formats (A/B testing).
• Implement best practices across platforms and maintain campaign efficiency.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Branch for performance insights.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver growth and optimize media spend.
