Performance Marketing Lead generation
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and training to optimize their skills and productivity.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost efficiency.
Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously improve landing pages, ad creatives, and user experiences to maximize conversion rates and customer acquisition.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
Ad Tech Stack Management: Stay current with digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms, and assess their potential for enhancing campaign performance.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' performance marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus.
