Responsibilities:

Design and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Develop performance test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.
Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
Recommend/highlight areas of change to architecture, code, and infrastructure to improve performance and contribute to organization best practices.
Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure systems can handle future growth.
Provide input into infrastructure and architecture planning to support scalability
Document performance testing strategies, test results, and optimization efforts.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest performance engineering practices and tools.
Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement best practices.

.Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance testing.
Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
Proven experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.
