Pega Smart Investigate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, create innovative solutions, and facilitate their implementation to ensure client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

• PEGA Lead System Architect specializing in Smart Investigations
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Certification as a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) is a prerequisite
• Industry experience in Banking and Financial Services
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architectural design and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate and Smart solutions tailored for banking clients
• Customize and implement Smart Investigation for Securities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee comprehensive PEGA solution design that encompasses case lifecycle management, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security
• Architect and manage PEGA applications in accordance with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards
• Design and execute banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and connections to external financial systems
• Utilize AI Delivery features to enhance development speed and solution quality
• Work collaboratively with business compliance and integration teams to transform requirements into scalable PEGA solutions
• Take ownership of non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, resilience, and security
• Mandatory Skills
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with PEGA
• Mandatory certification as a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Practical experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, and Smart Investigation for Securities
• Deep understanding of banking dispute workflows, fraud, and investigation lifecycles
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows
• Integration skills with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
• Capability to leverage AI features to enhance productivity, quality, and decision-making outcomes
