- Collaborate with client Product Owners and SMEs to gather functional requirements
- Design functional solution approaches for user stories with Solution and Lead System Architects
- Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis
- Identify current and future state processes and contribute to system redesign
- Ensure value-driven delivery and support agile execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (scrum of scrums) to manage dependencies
- Create and maintain implementation roadmaps
- Participate in design sprints and solution validation activities
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business needs
- Ensure adherence to best design and implementation practices in Pega CDH projects
