Pega Developer

Responsibilities

• Pega SSA with experience in Pega Integration
• Delivery of Pega 'run the business' backlog items
• Designs, develops, and maintains complex applications using Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices
• Develops unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality
• Participates in developing specifications such as user stories and designs
• Solves or recommends solutions for complex issues and problems
• Assists in the development of logical and physical specifications
• Documents designs, issues, solutions, tips & tricks as needed

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Pega Software development
• 3 years of hands-on SQL and reporting skills
• 3 years' experience in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ, and Error Handling
• Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) and Pega 8 experience
• Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
• Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation
