PEGA CSSA and SCE Professional

• Work closely with client Product Owners and SMEs to gather and analyze functional requirements.

• Hands-on experience with PEGA Smart Claims Engine (SCE) for enterprise claims processing solutions.

• Design functional solution approaches for user stories in collaboration with Solution Architects and Lead System Architects.

• Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify current and future state requirements.

• Contribute to redesigning and optimizing business processes for better efficiency and value delivery.

• Drive value-based delivery and motivate teams to achieve committed outcomes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Scrum-of-Scrums to manage dependencies and implementation roadmap.

• Participate in design sprints and validate functional design solutions.

• Assist in backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Ensure adherence to best design and architectural practices in PEGA implementations.
