Job Description

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre P. Ltd. is looking for PATIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey 1. Patient Interaction & Support:

  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk or over the phone.
  • Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings.
  • Guide patients regarding hospital policies, procedures, and services.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns, ensuring a satisfactory experience.

2. Patient Coordination & Follow-ups:

  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs.
  • Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, test results, and feedback.
  • Maintain patient records and update them in the system as required.

3. Customer Service & Patient Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a compassionate and patient-friendly environment.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services.
  • Assist in resolving grievances and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.

4. Billing & Documentation:

  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
  • Verify insurance details and facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices to enhance patient care services.
