Partner Program Manager

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our partner programs, ensuring the achievement of partnership requirements, and competency/specialization requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage partner programs in alignment with company strategy.
• Ensure partners meet or exceed partnership and competency requirements.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and align on key performance indicators.
• Provide ongoing program training and support to partners.
• Identify and recruit new partners to expand our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications :

• 3-4 years of experience in partner program management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving partnership requirements and competency/specialization requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the technology industry.
• Familiarity with our product suite and the competitive landscape.
