Job Description
- Provide operational support for Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems across production, UAT, and development environments
- Act as global technical lead and escalation point for IAM and PAM tools and services
- Manage and support enterprise IAM tools including CyberArk, Centrify/IACP, PowerBroker, OUD, Kerberos, CA PAM, ARES, and Ping LDAP
- Ensure smooth functioning of identity and access management infrastructure across multiple enterprise environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents related to PAM systems
- Work on automation flows and integrations using tools such as PBAT, ServiceNow (GSNow), and Splunk
- Support and optimize LDAP-based directory services and authentication systems
- Collaborate with global teams for IAM governance, compliance, and operational excellence
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across privileged access systems
- Handle escalation management and provide root cause analysis for critical incidents
