Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant focused on Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients. Using your consulting capabilities, business acumen, and packaged solution expertise, you will integrate the module into the client’s business environment. You will create and deliver a tailored Talent Management solution designed to meet the client’s specific needs and goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Planning Implementation: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring seamless integration into the client’s business environment.
• Conducting Fit Analyses: Conduct fit analyses to determine client requirements and configure the system to address those needs.
• Configuring the System: Configure the Workday Talent Management module to reflect client requirements and business objectives.
• Resolving Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across multiple HR modules, providing timely and effective support.
• Providing Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support as needed, helping ensure the client’s continued success with the Workday Talent Management solution.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Workday Talent Management: Experience working with the Workday Talent Management module, including its features and functionality, to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
• Implementation Planning: Exposure to planning and executing implementation projects to ensure seamless integration of the Workday Talent Management module into the client’s business environment.
• System Configuration: Experience with system configuration to align with client requirements and business objectives, including conducting fit analyses and unit testing.
• Issue Resolution: Exposure to resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective support to clients.
• Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience working with packaged solutions, applying consulting skills and business knowledge to integrate the Workday Talent Management module into the client’s business environment.

• Packaged Solution Knowledge: Exposure to packaged solutions, using consulting skills and business knowledge to integrate the Workday Talent Management module into the client’s business environment.
