Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients, leveraging your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate the module into their business environment. You will deliver a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the client's unique needs and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Plan Implementation: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment to achieve desired business results.
• Conduct Fit Analyses: Conduct fit analyses to identify client requirements and configure the system accordingly, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Configure and Test: Configure the system, conduct unit testing, and provide post-implementation support as needed to ensure successful adoption.
• Resolve Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective solutions to client concerns.
• Provide Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their unique needs and objectives to ensure continued satisfaction with the Workday Talent Management solution.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Workday Talent Management Expertise: Experience with implementing and supporting the Workday Talent Management module, including planning, configuring, and testing to meet client business objectives.
• Consulting Skills: Experience in facilitating the integration of packaged solutions into client business environments to achieve desired business results.
• Business Knowledge: Experience with HR business processes and modules, including talent management, to provide effective solutions to client concerns.
• Technical Configuration: Experience with configuring and unit testing the Workday Talent Management system to ensure successful adoption.
• Issue Resolution: Experience in resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules to provide timely and effective solutions.
