Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will lead clients through the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday human capital management (HCM) solutions, with a focus on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will help ensure smooth integration and strong performance by applying your expertise in modern time tracking approaches, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design Effective Time Management Processes: Create and configure time management processes that reflect clients' specific needs, ensuring alignment with their policies and regulatory requirements. This includes developing efficient workflows and supporting accurate time tracking and leave management.
• Configure Payroll Structures: Establish and oversee payroll structures to maintain compliance with global payroll regulations and clients' policies. Partner with clients to understand payroll requirements and configure the system accordingly.
• Manage Absences: Build and run absence management processes in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements. This includes configuring absence rules, accruals, and leave management.
• Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Facilitate workshops and training for end-users so they can effectively use the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Provide Post-Go-Live Support: Deliver post-implementation assistance, including data validation and troubleshooting, to support reliable system operation and address any issues that may occur.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Workday HCM Solutions: Knowledge of Workday human capital management (HCM) solutions, specifically the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, including experience with their implementation, customization, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Time Tracking Methodologies: Familiarity with modern time tracking methodologies, including efficient time management processes and accurate time recording.
• Global Payroll Regulations: Awareness of global payroll regulations and absence management best practices, including compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with System Configuration: Exposure to configuring payroll structures, setting up absence rules, accruals, and leave management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Training and Workshop Delivery: Experience delivering workshops and training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively use HCM solutions for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.

• Multi-Country Payroll Regulations: Knowledge of multi-country payroll regulations and compliance requirements to support seamless payroll processing across different countries and regions.
