Your Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Payroll, your role will involve the design and implementation of HR technology solutions aimed at establishing essential business capabilities and facilitating the achievement of strategic goals and operational enhancements. You will offer expert consulting services to guide clients through the implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Solution Design and Deployment: Architect and implement HR technology solutions that establish critical business capabilities and support the achievement of strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
• Payroll Function Implementation: Configure, implement, and resolve issues related to key Employee Central Payroll functions, including wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
• Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis to guide solution design and ensure effective implementation.
• Training and Support Provision: Facilitate training and support to ensure clients experience a seamless transition.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and their integrations.

Essential Technical and Professional Skills

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) for designing and implementing HR technology solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll Module: Familiarity with the SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to enhance solution design and implementation.
• Experience with Employee Central: Proficiency in working with SuccessFactors Employee Central to configure, implement, and troubleshoot essential payroll functions.
• Payroll Function Configuration Skills: Demonstrated experience in configuring and implementing key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
• Integration Issue Troubleshooting: Capability to troubleshoot issues associated with Employee Central Payroll functions and their integrations.
