Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, you will provide advisory and implementation services across the full range of ServiceNow capabilities. You’ll partner with clients to convert business and operational requirements into practical solutions. The role includes leading implementations and working with clients to enhance the return on their ServiceNow investment through established process improvement practices and platform configuration.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Solution Design: Design, configure, and optimize workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box features to align with client requirements.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead implementations end-to-end, from configuration through testing and deployment, to support successful project delivery.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide post-go-live enhancements and upgrades for medium to high complexity to ensure continued client satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Assist organizations in maximizing the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• ServiceNow Configuration: Experience designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
• Implementation Management: Experience leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and managing medium to high complexity projects.
• Process Optimization: Experience applying best-practice process improvement and platform configuration to help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
• Technical Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools to support business and operational requirements.
• Solution Delivery: Experience providing advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions.
