Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, you will provide advisory and implementation services across the full range of ServiceNow capabilities. You will partner with clients to translate business and operational requirements into effective solutions. This role emphasizes the design, configuration, and optimization of workflows, supporting solution delivery and promoting collaboration between business and technical teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Solution Design: design and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to address client requirements.
• Implementation Leadership: lead implementations from configuration through testing and deployment to support successful project delivery.
• Post-Go-Live Support: provide post-go-live enhancements and medium to high complexity upgrades, ensuring continued client satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: help organizations increase the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• ServiceNow Configuration: experience with designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
• Implementation Delivery: experience leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, supporting successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Technical Integration: exposure to integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools, using out-of-the-box capabilities to support business and operational needs.
• Solution Optimization: experience optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness, applying best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
