Your Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant with a focus on SAP IS Retail, your primary duty will be to implement and tailor SAP Industry Solutions specifically for the retail sector. You will collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their business needs and design, deploy, and deliver SAP IS solutions that align with those requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Designing SAP IS Solutions: Evaluate business needs and create tailored SAP IS solutions for retail clients, ensuring that these solutions enhance their operations.
• Implementing SAP IS Modules: Set up and execute SAP IS modules, integrating industry-specific functionalities for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce.
• Cultivating Client Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with clients to gain insights into their business needs and offer solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project implementation and deliver training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions.
• Keeping Abreast of Industry Trends: Remain informed about industry developments, regulatory standards, and SAP product enhancements to maintain solution effectiveness and market competitiveness.

Essential Technical And Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with SAP Industry Solutions: Proven experience with SAP IS solutions tailored for the retail sector, including configuration and implementation of industry-specific features.
• SAP Module Execution: Demonstrated experience with SAP IS modules, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce, with a focus on configuration and deployment.
• Business Needs Assessment: Experience in assessing business requirements to craft SAP IS solutions that align with client expectations and enhance retail operations.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of developing and nurturing client relationships to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Awareness of Industry Trends: Knowledge of current industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and SAP product advancements to ensure the solutions provided are relevant and competitive.

• Data Analytics Competency: Understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies, including data visualization and reporting, to support the optimization of retail operations.
