Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions, with hands-on experience in LWC and system integration. You’ll help clients navigate each phase of delivery—starting with business analysis and extending through system configuration and user adoption—applying your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Create customized solutions that address client business needs by understanding their specific challenges and making effective use of Salesforce’s broad capabilities.
• Execute System Testing: Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management activities to support successful implementation and sustained user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Offer professional guidance to clients throughout the full engagement lifecycle, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to enable a well-managed software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Build training programs that promote successful user adoption and ongoing utilization of the implemented solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them to support a smooth software development lifecycle.
• System Testing Execution: Experience carrying out system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis Understanding: Exposure to business analysis, including the ability to understand clients’ unique challenges and develop tailored solutions aligned to their business needs.
• Software Development Lifecycle Management: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, with the ability to apply methodologies that support smooth delivery.

• Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating Salesforce CRM solutions with other systems, strengthening the ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Advanced LWC Knowledge: Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), supporting the development of tailored, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Waterfall Methodology Familiarity: Exposure to Waterfall methodology, enabling the use of this approach to support a smooth software development lifecycle.
