Your Role and Responsibilities

In the position of Salesforce Package Consultant, you will focus on the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM solutions, coupled with experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration. You will assist clients throughout the entire journey, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, drawing on your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Tailored Solution Development: Craft customized solutions that meet clients' specific business needs by understanding their distinct challenges and leveraging Salesforce's comprehensive offerings.
• System Testing Execution: Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management to facilitate successful implementations and ensure long-term user adoption.
• Client Support Delivery: Offer expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
• Methodology Application: Employ Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to guarantee a seamless software development lifecycle.
• Training Program Development: Design training initiatives to promote user adoption and sustained utilization of the implemented solutions.

Essential Technical and Professional Expertise

• Salesforce CRM Solutions Proficiency: Proven experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including the design, implementation, and support of solutions featuring LWC and integration.
• Agile Methodologies Experience: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the capability to apply them for an effective software development lifecycle.
• System Testing Proficiency: Experience in executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management to secure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis Skills: Understanding of business analysis, with the capacity to comprehend clients' unique challenges and create tailored solutions for their business requirements.
