Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of OutSystems web and mobile applications.
Ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay abreast of the latest OutSystems features and technologies, and incorporate them into the development process.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
Participate in planning and scoping meetings for future projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Active OutSystems certification (Professional or Expert level preferred).
6-8 years of experience in OutSystems development.
Strong understanding of web and mobile application development.
Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
