What You'll Do:

The OutSystems Architect works closely with business teams to understand requirements, design, and develop solutions that optimize business processes and empower employees and customers to provide best in class.
Efficiently Understand the business vision and aligning deliverables and planning towards it.
Exhibit Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills
Showcase effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Work with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Strategy & Development, QA, Sales & Services, and other Central teams to architect and design multiple products
Expert in designing applications with OutSystems canvas concept
Troubleshoot defects and provide recommended solutions to optimize existing application
Re-architect legacy code into more efficient and scalable designs
Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines

Expertise You'll Bring:

10+ years related experience with a software company
Certified OutSystems professional
Working experience in OutSystems architecture design and complex enterprise application development
Working experience in OutSystems Web, Mobile and Front-End application development
Good understanding of the Architecture Dashboard
Sound technical knowledge around concepts like either of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web Technologies and SOAP/REST API technologies
Working experience in integrating different third-party systems using REST/SOAP
Strong in OOAD/OOP/UML and principles of TDD/BDD
Familiar with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript frameworks
Good understanding of DevOps including OutSystems platform knowledge and CI/CD pipeline integration
Working experience in Data Modelling using either Oracle database or SQL and PLSQL scripting
Project planning and progress monitoring using Agile methodology including budget control and milestone control issue and risk management
Strong history and track record of leading the team and delivering quality projects within timelines
Proven track record in building, coaching and mentoring team and motivating team members towards success.
Inculcate the culture of hackathons, technical events etc. within the team
Proficient with the English language, written and spoken
