Outlet/Studio Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, studio appearance upkeep, and financial control.
• Demonstrate and foster a commitment to providing the best possible client experience by maintaining high company standards.
• Resolve client-related issues in accordance with company operating guidelines.
• Maximize revenues and achieve monthly targets through effective management and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive sales activities and meet revenue objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members in technical, administrative, and managerial skills.
• Motivate, mentor, and provide direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members are well-informed about policies and procedures.
• Hold regular meetings to communicate company updates, policy reviews, and goals to the team.
• Manage studio operations as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
• Responsible for the Profit and Loss (PL) performance of the studio.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections across all sections to maintain quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a motivational work environment within the department.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services offered.
