Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally as per process requirements.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Perform upselling activities during inbound calls (HSBC Arrow process).
- Resolve customer queries and issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure adherence to shift timings, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and comply with attendance and performance policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
