Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally as per process requirements.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
  • Perform upselling activities during inbound calls (HSBC Arrow process).
  • Resolve customer queries and issues within defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to shift timings, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and comply with attendance and performance policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
