OTM Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply functional and technical expertise in OTM with 5–6 years of relevant experience and 3–5 full cycle OTM implementations.
• Interact with business users to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Map business requirements to OTM and perform application configuration.
• Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OTM-related issues during project execution and post-go-live.
• Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes while maintaining service quality.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
