Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Apply functional and technical expertise in OTM with 5–6 years of relevant experience and 3–5 full cycle OTM implementations.
- Interact with business users to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Map business requirements to OTM and perform application configuration.
- Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OTM-related issues during project execution and post-go-live.
- Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes while maintaining service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
