Orion MBO Platform JR Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for refinery planning and scheduling systems.
• Support refinery, petrochemical, and chemical plant operations through planning solutions.
• Perform planning & scheduling using AspenTech PIMS, Orion, and MBO.
• Collaborate with EPC or manufacturing teams to understand plant processes and project life cycles.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Handle data integration, migration, and mapping using SQL, API, JSON, and XML.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Align application, data, and infrastructure architecture with business needs.
• Support IT/OT application implementation and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to regional and cross-departmental projects focused on technology implementation and optimization.
