Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project kick-off calls with business account teams, customers, and engineering resources
  • Manage and oversee large teams (up to 100 FTEs) across order management and implementation functions
  • Ensure accurate submission and validation of order forms as per SOP guidelines
  • Maintain and update customer-level data in workflow and order management systems
  • Develop and execute communication plans for project stakeholders, defining roles and responsibilities
  • Provide structured documentation for Network Operations including outage handling, escalation procedures, and customer-specific requirements
  • Conduct weekly project status meetings with all stakeholders and ensure timely reporting
  • Manage project changes and communicate impact analysis and implementation strategies to customers
  • Approve or manage exception requests for non-standard site or device configurations
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of site activities such as surveys, WAN/LAN activation, and acceptance testing
  • Track end-to-end project progress and resolve issues blocking site readiness or acceptance
  • Audit, validate, and approve/reject order forms to minimize errors and rework
  • Conduct project closeout meetings with customers upon completion
  • Mentor and coach team managers and supervisors for skill development and career growth
