Order Management specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Process Specialist with practical experience across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote Management, and Contract Management. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related problems.

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Maximum CTC: 5.5 LPA

Shift: Night shifts

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, and vendor quotations.
• Handle agreements, contracts, quote management, and pricing-related requests.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues while providing subject matter expertise.
• Carry out root cause analysis and support customer-facing resolutions.
• Create training materials, work instructions, and knowledge-base documentation.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in O2C and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Working knowledge of agreements, contracts, amendments, and pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience is an added advantage.
