Key Responsibilities:

A typical day as an Infosys consultant
As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main role will be to identify and address customer challenges, design innovative solutions, and assist in their implementation to enhance client satisfaction
You will contribute to proposal development by taking ownership of sections of the proposal document and providing insights into solution design based on your expertise
You will organize configuration activities, set up the product according to specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and aid in clarifying any questions regarding requirements and solution design
You will lead product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare estimates of efforts that align with customer budget constraints and adhere to the organization’s financial policies
Take initiative in leading small projects and contributing to unit and organizational efforts with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients
