Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS – Technical Lead

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS Technical Lead to oversee the technical development, integration, and support of store inventory systems.
• This position will collaborate closely with business functional teams and support personnel to ensure efficient inventory operations within retail settings.

Primary Duties:

• Direct technical development and provide support for Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS.
• Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations for SIOCS MFCS RPAS integrations.
• Oversee integrations between SIOCS MFCS RPAS and systems such as POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation contact for production-related issues.
• Facilitate deployments, upgrades, and environment releases.
• Investigate issues, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Technical Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS.
• Strong understanding of store inventory management and retail operations.
• Experience within the Oracle Retail ecosystem, including RMS, SIM, and Xstore, is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring.
• Expertise in SQL, Unix, Linux, and log troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in production support and AMS environment implementations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to the luxury sector or large retail organizations.
• Experience in 24x7 support models.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Micros Xstore transitioning to Oracle Point of Sale (ORPOS/ Oracle POS).
