Key Responsibilities:

• Experience the daily operations of an Infosys professional
• In your capacity as a member of the Infosys project management team, you will assume comprehensive responsibility for a project from start to finish
• Your role will include leading the preparation of proposals, reviewing project estimates, and gathering insights from key stakeholders to effectively position Infosys for successful contract acquisition
• You will be responsible for scheduling tasks, monitoring project progress, and regularly reporting on project status to manage risks and ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Additionally, you will mentor the team by creating a clear vision, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivating team members through timely feedback and recognition of outstanding performance

Technical Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in Oracle Project Management, specifically those with 9 years of experience in evaluating business requirements for projects and formulating detailed project plans
• The ideal candidate should possess skills in establishing the project workspace or ecosystem, assembling the necessary teams to complete projects, executing project plans, and monitoring progress through status reporting and project closure

Additional Responsibilities:

• Understanding of project management fundamentals
• Familiarity with project lifecycles, particularly in development and maintenance, estimation methodologies, and quality processes
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages, as well as understanding architecture frameworks and design principles, and the capability to manage technology performance engineering
• Basic domain knowledge to effectively comprehend business requirements and functionality
• Skills in project planning and scheduling, managing tasks, and coordinating project resources to achieve objectives and timelines
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define project scope, create estimates, and produce project charters
• A solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is essential
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
