Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll applications
• Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, enhancements, and customizations
• Perform technical analysis and translate business requirements into solutions
• Support production environments and resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, SQR, and workflows
• Work on conversions, integrations, and custom reporting solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and improve system performance
• Debug and resolve issues in configurations, setups, and integrations
• Develop reusable PeopleCode components across projects
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders
