Oracle OTM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate independently to deliver Oracle product solutions and services to clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map customer processes to OTM functionalities.
• Design, configure, and implement OTM solutions aligned with client needs and Oracle methodologies.
• Lead or support full-cycle OTM implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a Functional/Solution Lead for multiple OTM projects ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in business development activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Ensure service quality, adherence to timelines, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior consultants and team members.
