Job Description
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Order Management (OM) and Pricing Cloud solutions
- Gather and document business requirements aligned with best practices
- Configure order orchestration, pricing strategies, and approval workflows in Oracle OM Cloud
- Implement pricing models, discounting strategies, and promotions in Oracle Pricing Cloud
- Ensure integration with Oracle modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Finance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system performance and availability
- Conduct user training and create documentation for configurations and processes
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery
