Hiring: Oracle OIC Consultant / Lead Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office) Duration: Contract – 6 Months to 1 Year Experience Required: 10+ Years Total Experience Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Skills Required

  • 10+ years of total IT experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong experience supporting and enhancing Oracle OIC, VBCS, and VBS in production environments
  • Proven expertise in integrating:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
  • SaaS-to-PaaS integrations
  • Extensive experience with OIC Adapters:
  • Oracle ERP Adapter
  • File Server Adapter
  • Database Adapter
  • FTP Adapter
  • Experience configuring and maintaining OIC Connectivity Agent for on-premise integrations
  • Strong hands-on experience with FBDI file generation, upload, and troubleshooting
  • Advanced fault handling, reprocessing strategies, and error management in OIC
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills with ATP / DBCS and performance tuning expertise
  • Good experience with Oracle BI and OTBI reporting
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L3-level support and technical ownership for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a managed services environment
  • Design, enhance, and optimize integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, third-party SaaS products, and on-premise systems
  • Support and improve existing integrations ensuring high availability and SLA/KPI adherence
  • Apply Oracle SaaS and PaaS integration patterns for continual service improvements
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues including fault handling and recovery
  • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across Oracle SaaS, OIC, and OCI integrations
  • Collaborate with functional teams across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and SCM modules
  • Design and support reporting solutions using:
  • Oracle BI
  • OTBI
  • BICC
  • FRS
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problem tickets aligned with ITIL standards
  • Work with Oracle Support for escalations and issue resolution
  • Support customer transitions into managed services after cloud implementations
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles
