Oracle Maintenance Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM modules including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Tracking
• Manage and troubleshoot Work Requests, Asset BOM, and HR Helpdesk-related functionalities
• Integrate Oracle Fusion EAM with Projects and other relevant modules
• Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reports for various business needs
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or custom reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across integrated systems
• Provide expertise in Service Logistics, Customer Assets, Installed Base (IB) Assets, and Field Service modules
• Explore and apply GenAI features in Oracle to enhance user experience and operational productivity
• Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support activities
