Oracle Maintenance Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM modules
• Manage Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance plans, and Asset Tracking processes
• Handle Work Requests, Asset BOM configurations, and HR Helpdesk integrations
• Develop OTBI and BIP reports for business analysis and compliance
• Support and integrate Oracle EAM with related modules such as Projects, Service Logistics, Customer Assets, and Field Service
• Provide functional and technical expertise across EAM modules for ongoing enhancements
• Leverage GenAI features within Oracle Cloud for automation and predictive maintenance use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in a timely manner
• Conduct knowledge transfer and user training sessions as needed
