- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Developer with expertise in Oracle
- HRMS configuration and a strong development background in Java, Angular/React, SoA, Oracle DB,
- and SQL/PLSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, designing and
- implementing solutions, and ensuring the optimal performance of our Oracle HRMS system.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Coordinate and manage development activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align technical solutions with business
- requirements.
- Oracle HRMS Configuration:
- Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules to meet business needs.
- Ensure configurations are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and customizations.
- System Design & Development:
- Design and develop applications using Java and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems using Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA).
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle DB and SQL/PLSQL.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Project Coordination:
- Act as a technical liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and IT management.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
- System Maintenance & Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HRMS and related systems.,
