Oracle HCM (Payroll)_Testing Consultant

Job Overview:

• Key Duties
• Develop and implement test cases for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions
• Assess integrations and business workflows related to Payroll processes
• Conduct Functional Regression Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Detect defects and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Create test reports and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Essential Skills
• 6 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Testing
• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll Testing
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules including
• o Payroll
• o Core HR
• o Compensation and Benefits
• o Time and Labor
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
• Experience in defect management and the test execution lifecycle
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Desirable Skills
• Exposure to automation testing
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification
• Experience in Agile project environments
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Work Location: Pan India

Core Duties:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and facilitate implementation to ensure client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of segments of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise
• You will organize configuration activities, set up the product according to design specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any queries regarding requirements and solution design
• You will present solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies
• You will take the lead on small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions to clients
