Oracle Hcm Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Update content library items in Oracle HCM with images, hyperlinks, and text edits
• Perform updates and changes to Recruitment Fast Formulas
• Design functional specifications for inbound and outbound integrations
• (e.g., integrate contingent workers from external systems into Oracle HCM)
• Implement HCM security changes to manage access for contingent workers
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical configurations
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution for all related enhancements

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Good understanding of Recruitment Fast Formula logic and usage
• Experience in integration functional design (HDL, HCM Extracts, or Web Services knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of HCM Security (roles, profiles, access control for contingent workers)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
