Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Technical - Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business partners and translate functional needs into technical/functional specifications for Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
• Provide customer service support including tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through on all assignments.
• Support incident management and triage functional/technical issues; prioritize and escalate business-critical problems.
• Assist with SaaS configuration and administration: workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, data security, etc.
• Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle, including ticket creation and lifecycle management.
• Analyze impact of quarterly updates, perform UAT/regression testing, and communicate risks or changes to the business.
• Monitor and support integrations, inbound/outbound APIs, file flows, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)/OFS.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
• Advocate for user satisfaction and recommend improvements for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and Oracle/organizational policies, and promote SaaS best practices.
