Deliver exceptional customer service by tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating errors, troubleshooting, and resolving complex and critical cases.
Provide functional-level customer service and drive incidents to complete resolution with accountability and ownership.
Interact directly with customers, manage communications effectively, and ensure timely follow-up on all assignments.
Collaborate with management teams to direct and resolve critical customer situations.
Contribute to knowledge gain and sharing within the team by developing and delivering structured training sessions.
Create and review knowledge base articles to document solutions and best practices.
Stay current with Oracle SCM advancements, recommending process improvements and implementation of best practices.
Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture through active participation and knowledge sharing.
