Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning Functional - Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business partners to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications for SCM Cloud Planning solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact SCM Cloud Planning implementations across business domains.
• Provide excellence in customer service support, including diagnosis, replication, and resolution of complex functional and technical service requests.
• Stay up to date on Oracle SCM Cloud Planning advancements and recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, prioritize and escalate business-critical issues.
• Respond to user queries and provide end-user support, guidance, and training.
• Assist with SaaS configuration administration, including workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, and data security.
• Support minor changes and regression tests during quarterly updates.
• Log and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle and monitor patch and bug progress.
• Analyze and communicate impact of quarterly updates, conduct user acceptance and regression testing.
• Monitor and support integrations, troubleshoot issues with inbound/outbound flows, APIs, OIC/OFS.
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
• Advocate for user satisfaction, collecting feedback and recommending enhancements.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance and promote SaaS best practices, minimizing system customizations.
