• Consult with management to direct the resolution of critical customer situations.
• Share knowledge and achieve knowledge transfer through development and delivery of formal team training sessions.
• Create and review knowledge articles.
• Stay up to date on Oracle ERP advancements and recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
