Job Description
• Implement Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud across all phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and training.
• Configure and customize Oracle Service Cloud components such as objects, fields, layouts, validations, and workflows.
• Manage service request management and knowledge management processes within Oracle Fusion applications.
• Work on Groovy scripting for business logic customization and workflow automation.
• Handle integrations between Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud and external systems.
• Develop and maintain OTBI reports for business insights and decision-making.
• Support contract and asset management functionalities within the service cloud environment.
• Collaborate with clients in a customer-facing role to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in testing cycles and ensure quality delivery of configured solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for implemented solutions.
• Work across Agile project environments ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of service cloud processes.
