Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud modules.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
• Work on Service Request Management and Knowledge Management modules.
• Manage Contract and Asset Management functionalities.
• Implement and support integrations with other systems or applications.
• Develop reports using OTBI and support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize Groovy scripting for automation and custom logic.
• Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementations.
