Oracle Functional Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financials
• Support and enhance Oracle Financial modules, especially Order to Cash (O2C)
• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional designs
• Design and build solutions aligned with business objectives
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Debug complex issues and recommend optimal solutions
• Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Participate in solution design reviews and production deployment approvals
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes
• Develop workflows, rollout strategies, and user training materials
• Monitor system alerts, logs, and integrations to proactively resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes and system performance
