Function as the application design architect and lead for Oracle FCCS implementations.
Serve as the primary design point of contact for FCCS analyst and project teams.
Provide architectural solutions and enhancements for existing EPM systems.
Lead requirement gathering and solution design sessions with finance and technical stakeholders.
Design and implement complex consolidation and financial close solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with other technical and functional groups to ensure successful system integration and delivery.
Anchor proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new initiatives and evaluate solution scalability.
Support the development of financial and SmartView reports and assist in testing and deployment.
Ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance optimization across the FCCS platform.
Maintain alignment with Oracle implementation methodology and best practices.

Mandatory:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, with a focus on FCCS or HFM.
Proven experience in EPM Cloud implementation and application development processes.
Strong understanding of consolidation and close processes, including data flows, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation methods.
Functional knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and related disclosures).
Sound understanding of finance and accounting principles, including General Ledger and Sub-Ledgers.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and SmartView.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
